Dr Maz Sangha, GP Partner at St Johns Medical Centre, and Dr Kate Jennings, GP Partner at Altrincham Medical Practice, are Altrincham Healthcare Alliance PCN’s Clinical Directors.
Accountable to the PCN’s five GP practices, they provide strategic and clinical leadership. Working closely with member practices, other PCNs, commissioners, the VCSE and wider partners, our Clinical Directors are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the patient population through collaborative working.
